Business
law or corporate law is the law concerning the creation,

unlimited liability as a business entity.
Partnerships are exactly what the
name states. It is when two or more people or entities combine to
create a business or business venture with or without all the
formalities of incorporation. Normally, the partners in a
partnership has unlimited liability.
Limited Liability Companies or
LLCs are known to have the best of both worlds of partnerships and
corporations. LLCs are created by state statute. The operating
agreement between the owners are frequently a contract. The owners
of the LLC are called members. As the name implies for a LLC, the
members normally have limited liability for the company, depending
on the facts and circumstances of the action. LLCs have become
increasingly popular because of the benefits available.
